Held at the beautiful Ambi Waira Sacha, at the heart of Putumayo's highlands, our retreats offer a sacred space for healing and transformation. Our diverse range of activities is designed to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Day 1: Pick up from Pasto airport, transfer to Ambi Waira Sacha and accommodation. Welcome & icebreaker games. Guided inner man/woman meditation. Dinner.
Day 2: Meditation, breathing exercises & movement. Breakfast. Guided inner man/woman meditation. Lunch. Personal interviews with taita Isidoro. Dinner.
Day 3 - 1st Ceremony: Meditation, breathing exercises & movement. Diet breakfast. Dream talking circle & group intention setting. Diet lunch. Connection time & rest. Rapé. Ayahuasca ceremony.
Day 4: Meditation & integration circle. Breakfast. Slow morning. Lunch. Energy management, breathing exercises. Dinner. Fire show & open play with fire.
Day 5: Meditation, breathing exercises & movement. Breakfast. Waterfall hike, sananga & lunch at waterfall. Return home. Dinner.
Day 6 - 2nd Ceremony: Meditation, breathing exercises & movement. Diet breakfast. Playful time & dancing. Diet lunch. Connection time & rest. Rapé. Ayahuasca ceremony.
Day 7: Meditation & integration circle. Breakfast. Slow morning. Lunch. Design playing: we envision or future. Dinner.
Day 8 - 3rd ceremony: Meditation, breathing exercises & movement. Diet breakfast. Free morning / Optional group work. Diet lunch. Connection time & rest. Rapé. Ayahuasca ceremony.
Day 9: Meditation, breathing exercises & movement. Breakfast.Visit to local artisans. Lunch. Final talking circle. Dinner.
Day 10: Meditation. Breakfast. Close-up & group photos. Transfer from Santiago to Pasto airport.
Other possible activities: massages, water therapy, urine therapy, laughter yoga, ecstatic and contact dance.
What to Bring
